Our client is looking for skilled customer service advisers to join a large contact centre located in central Wellington. This team works on providing excellent customer support and advice to a wide range of clients. In this role, you would be taking inbound calls only. This is a high-level contact centre and requires at least a year of experience working in a call centre.

This role is a great place to use your skills and advance your knowledge of systems. There are opportunities to up skill and advance within the company.

The role involves:

  • Taking inbound calls
  • Providing information and advice on queries
  • Administration making sure the system is up to date
  • Working with team members to proactively look at processes
  • You will:

  • Have excellent customer service experience with at least one year in a call centre
  • Have a solid knowledge of the Microsoft package
  • Be a fast learner and pick up systems well
  • Have great time management and organisational skills
  • Insurance or financial experience is a plus
