The Incentive Officer role sits within the Business Customer Operations team and is primarily responsible for ensuring all data is captured from employers for ACC’s products and accuracy and data corrections are processed to a high level.

To be successful in the role, you will need to:

  • have proven experience in data analysis
  • be competent in Microsoft Excel
  • display great attention to detail
  • enjoy checking accuracy for customer invoices, claim costs and levy codes
  • be passionate about delivering a great customer experience.

We are not just looking for data people, taking ownership and accountability for ensuring customer expectations are met in a timely and effective way will be crucial to the success of the role. You’ll also be naturally curious and proactive and enjoy identifying ways to improve processes and ensure continuous improvement.
