Job Description The New Zealand Defence Force is recruiting Learning Development Officers. This is a military role. As a Learning Development Officer you will lead learning for the organisation and help manage training risks. As joint enablers in the achievement of organisational outputs, roles can be categorised into three broad functions. Leadership and management of our learning/training system. Learning analysis and training design support to capability acquisition and through life. Jobs on baseOur Learning Development Officers are posted to bases and camps all around New Zealand. As Learning Development Officer, you will provide specialist training and guidance on learning to commanders and units throughout the country. You will be a specialist in military training, education and professional development by providing support to the wider organisation. Who we areA career with us gives you real purpose.
