We are looking for a switched-on Administrator to join us in our IST Service Delivery team.
The IST Service Delivery team of Parliamentary Service provide advice and support services for a number of agencies housed in the Parliamentary Precinct, including Ministers, Members of Parliament and their support staff, Office of the Clerk of the House of Representatives, and Political Leader’s Offices.
We are a hardworking and driven team that requires a like-minded team member that can provide support us.
Our ideal applicant will:
Experience in Microsoft CRM or another similar client management system is preferred but not essential, as is a familiarity with the concept of service desk systems.
