About the position

As the Project Co-ordinator you will assist our project managers with the coordination of resources, equipment, and information. This will involve:

• Facilitating and planning of workshops and project meetings
• Distribution of minutes and follow up on actions
• Maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenditure
• Assisting risk and issues and provide solution

What we are looking for

You will be an enthusiastic individual who is a self-starter. Specifically, we are looking for:

• Three years’ experience in Project Co-ordination along with facilitation and presentation experience
• Advanced skills in Atlassian Tools – Jira and Confluence
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage varied priorities to agreed standards and timelines
• The ability to build strong credible working relationships with key stakeholders across the business
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a passionate and dynamic team
• Detail orientated
