    • About the Role
    Are you a customer-focused IT whiz able to easily solve Windows desktop, WAN and application issues? We’re looking for an approachable and relatable IT professional to join our experienced team in supporting our internal staff. Focusing on Level 1 and 2 support issues, you will receive requests throughout the business from our retail stores through to our management team.

    This is a busy role with no two days the same! Some issues can be stressful for our teams so it’s important that you are friendly, approachable and seek to get issues resolved in a timely manner so as not to disturb the everyday running of the business.

    Key Skills and Responsibilities
  • Providing 1st and 2nd Level Remote Support and resolution of IT issues
  • Manage and collaborate with existing external vendor support services
  • Some onsite IT assistance for Carpet Court and CurtainStudio sites as well as retail stores
  • Setup and Install end user IT equipment, software, and mobile devices (on premise and cloud-based)
  • Work with the existing training team to upskill end users on day-to-day ERP operations
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of various improvement projects
  • Administration of IT assets
  • Setting up user accounts for new employees
  • Maintain a good relationship with our external vendors
  • Maintain internal contact lists
  • Answer and resolve helpdesk tickets within a set timeframe
    • You will be a skilled Support Analyst with experience troubleshooting information management systems (ERP & CRM), a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and previous experience working in a Remote Desktop environment. Some experience in remote software training is required, especially if ERP relevant.
