Based in the library on our Wellington campus your main role will be to provide First and second level IT Assistance to the students and to the library staff who are using Massey-provisioned equipment, software packages and online resources.

We are looking for someone with very good interpersonal skills, someone who is comfortable proactively approaching students and library staff to see if they need assistance. Ideally, you have been a student yourself at some point and are degree qualified.
This is a 10 months fixed-term contact to provide parental leave cover. We are ideally looking at a start date of 1 March 2021, going through to 10 Dec 2021.
