Lead Advisor Design and Production

 

About the Role

 

You will be responsible for the delivery of in-house graphic and digital design services across MSD and will have plenty of opportunities to draw on your expertise in this area, while providing creative leadership to others in your team. A key responsibility will be overseeing the print production and distribution to ensure we maintain our brand and identity standards. You will also be managing relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders while keeping great in-house relationships ticking over.

Travel may be required for this role.

 

Skills and Experience

 

To be successful in the role, you will have:

 

  • Excellent technical skills in design, digital and production
  • A successful track record in the industry (perhaps even superstar status)
  • The ability to create great relationships where ever you go
  • Experience working with others to integrate development and delivery of design/production projects across content and digital channels
  • A presence that oozes utmost credibility in your craft
  • An obvious eye for detail
  • Engagement skills to build relationships across the business and to understand complex client needs
  • Experience in project management
     

 

About The Team

 

The design and production team oversees branding, web and print publishing, and works across the range of MSD’s business. It is located within the corporate communications team, alongside the social and media team and events and engagement team.
