The Workplace and Technology Group is accountable for leading, influencing and ensuring that our corporate and transport technologies deliver to business and customer outcomes. The Group is accountable for all cyber and physical security issues, ensuring that the Transport Agency meets its ongoing security and compliance obligations.
The Group will lead the development of fit for purpose data and information through strategic storage, management and access solutions that will enable effective key decision making for the Agency, our partners and customers. The Group is also accountable for our corporate property needs and our building assets, including leasing, maintenance, furniture and fit-outs.
The opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi
The primary purpose of this role is to provide strategic advice to the Chief Data Officer, and the Transport Agency senior leadership, on our data and information management planning and reporting to support evidence-led, data-driven decision making. The Lead Advisor will assist with the operational planning, budgeting and reporting function for the Data & information team.
Your strong commercial/business acumen and financial literacy will enable you to provide strategic leadership input and be a strong and capable sounding board and advisor to the Chief Data Officer.
This is a senior role where you can utilise your solid experience and talent in making a difference and adding value in a professional and astute team.
