This role will see you assisting the National Manager, Te Kahu Tōī, Intensive Wraparound Service in:

  • Working collaboratively with Te Kahu Tōī teams, the wider Ministry and key stakeholder to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Supporting Te Kahu Tōī staff, Education Areas and external stakeholders to access data and information of interest to them. Assisting them to interpret data from a wide range of sources and facilitate a change and inquiry process based on their individual needs.
  • Tracking, anticipating and responding to emerging risks and issues.
  • Adapt service delivery to engagements to take into account identity, language and culture of our partners
  • Monitoring effectiveness of and demand on core processes. Provide feedback identifying potential pressures points and wider system issues which will help inform improvement decisions.
  • Developing explicit indicators to track progress, financial expenditure and adjust forecasting as required.
  • Maintaining high-level oversight across projects, analysing for trends, emerging risks and issues, opportunities and solutions.
  • Monitoring and reviewing contracts for service including Te Kahu Tōī Te Awa Unit.
  • This position will be based in National Office, Wellington. You will be required to travel to provide service throughout the Education Regions.
