Position & Candidate SummaryEmpired/Intergen are the Largest Microsoft Modern Work Partner in the APAC region and we’re looking to add strength to our Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice by bringing on board a Lead Consultant – Dynamics 365, Supply Chain with Advanced Warehousing. The Role As a Lead Consultant – Supply Chain Management (SCM) with Advanced Warehousing, you will work closely with our clients across a variety of industries, advising on how to use Dynamics 365 to meet their business objectives. You’ll work in partnership to understand their key objectives then work with the client on the best approach. You’ll be our expert in Supply Chain with Advanced Warehousing modules, leveraging your specialist knowledge to add value to all your projects. Responsibilities Work in partnership with clients, advising them how to use information technology thus enabling them to meet their business objectives, overcome problems and gain an understanding of high-level functional and technical concepts Advise clients with regards to product updates and/or new features, their associated benefits and how best to leverage those to add value to their business Interpret complex business problems and translate these into workable solutions that can be easily interpreted by customers. Take ownership of consultancy engagements, incidents and enhancement requests, working with peers and clients to ensure successful delivery Lead and facilitate discussions with clients, using feedback to assess and promote an understanding of client needs for future changes in systems and/or services Lead and participate in regular client meetings. Continually develop and enhance client relationships whilst acting as a trusted advisor Provide domain expertise in SCM with Advanced Warehousing and regularly mentor/share knowledge with team members Maintain certification levels and keep up to date with latest product and technology updates Provide quality assurance across solutions and client engagements as a value-add to the quality of solutions and deliverables Assist the National Operations Practice Lead (F&O) to ensure client deliverables are completed on time and within estimates Assist with managing major incidents to their successful conclusion, including write up of critical incident reports Assist the National Operations Practice Lead (F&O) with developing best practice and associated materials Assist with leading and mentoring the consultant team ensuring that best practices are followed Ensure day to day tasks are managed, completed and team members are provided support as needed Has a can do attitude and willing to roll up their sleeves in order to deliver successful outcomes for our clients Your Experience Be a specialist and have solid, proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics solutions relating to Supply Chain Management with Advanced Warehousing Have demonstrable experience leading consultation engagements with an excellent understanding of AX / D365 FO and best practices Have a strong understanding of wider Microsoft technologies with the ability to present their benefits to existing and potential clients Be confident working directly with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their vision Be willing and able to mentor others and share your knowledge with the wider team Have experience with leading teams or consultants on large projects is an added benefit for this role Have strong communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills You will be passionate, highly motivated and client focused.
