The PPC team is a critical component of KPMG’s focus on People, Performance and Culture.The opportunity:This role will have responsibility for the administration and management of KPMG’s learning programmes – from induction, leadership courses and other specific training – you’ll be across all of our internal and external learning solutionsYou’ll have a passion for helping people succeed and in return you’ll join a team who are enthusiastic about developing our teams and creating a workplace in which all will flourish.Day to day you will:Work closely with a broad range of subject matter experts, internal and external service providers, facilitators, and participants to ensure that session setups, travel, catering, equipment needs, and post-programme follow-ups are taken care ofManage the administration of professional qualifications at KPMG including CAANZ, CPA and Law profsBe a super user of the internal learning system, GLMS and train other administrators on it’s functionalitiesProvide full end to end logistics of all learning programmes including classroom, virtual and externalAnswer L&D related queries from the businessContribute to the continuous improvement of L&D systems and processes Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure strategies relating to learning deliverables are metWhat you’ll bring to our team:Previous experience in a Learning and Development administration role within a corporate environmentPrevious experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) would be advantageousAbility to multi-task plus strong planning and organisation skills to meet deadlinesA good sense of humour – we enjoy having a laugh with each other!
