Respecting individuals, both residents and staff, is the foundation stone on which Heritage Lifecare has been built.What we are looking for:We need Legal Executive to undertake village compliance, settlements and sales support and administration. This role is the conduit between Heritage Lifecare and our external counsel so understanding the property sales processes is key. Working with our Village Managers & Coordinators to ensure our units are meeting sales requirements means you will need to be able to have conversations about refurbishments and fit outs. This is part of the responsibility for providing general administrative and support services in order to assist the General Manager Customer Relations for the sales of the village units. A significant element of the role is managing Occupation Rights Agreements, particularly on occupation and termination. Administration also includes managing internal and external reporting for the customer relations team and working with our finance department for payment of rate rebates, sales commission, resident billing and CAPEX reporting.
