Job Description & Summary
A career within Legal Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients adopt a more strategic approach to global entity governance across their organisations. We help our clients and their legal entities with the incorporation of new companies, on going compliance with local legislation, and restructuring of their global businesses to manage governance and compliance risks.
Our team specialises in providing legal advice across all of our clients disciplines. You’ll help provide legal support to a wide array of specialty areas from cyber security and technology to banking and intellectual property.

Your key roles will include:
Working closely with our diverse client base comprising blue chip corporates, internationally recognised global businesses, highly successful family owned businesses of scale, fast growing entrepreunerial enterprises and high net worth individuals.
Teaming closely with others to develop and deliver innovative, solution based tax advice and strategy.
Working collaboratively across the entire PwC network both nationally and internationally to deliver the best of PwC to our clients.
Leading and coaching our junior staff, to share your tax knowledge, commercial experience and high standards of quality.
What do you need to bring to the role?
This exciting role is all about delivering pragmatic tax and business advice to our clients on a range of complex business issues. As an innovative and highly motivated individual, you will inspire teamwork and be committed to coaching others. Your strong business acumen and personal ambition are essential as is your proven legal and tax experience in a legal or CA environment.
Ideally, you will have 3 to 5 years of tax experience, a law degree and refined professional writing skills. As the role involves regular interaction with clients, teaming with colleagues at all levels and leading the delivery of projects, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
With our strong focus on delivering solutions in a dynamic business environment, you will also bring sound commercial judgment and experience coupled with the ability to engage and offer a view on a wide range of business issues beyond tax.
