We search far and wide to find people who want to share our vision and help continue our journey.Our Farmers Lambton Quay Store are looking for a new team member to join their Loss prevention Team.As a Loss prevention Associate, your key focus will be promoting and maintaining the highest level of awareness for safety, security and customer service. Managing and maintaining losses in our retail environment from internal and external sources.You will be:Displaying a high level of Customer Service while on the shop floorIdentifying stock loss patterns and investigating loss causesEnsuring all documentation is recorded and kept with high level of accuracyMaintaining and following the Farmers LPA Procedures and processesMonitoring departments by Identifying and deterring suspicious behaviour The skills you will have:A calm, friendly and approachable attitude when dealing with customersBe resilient and comfortable handling situations of conflict that may occur Maintain the highest level of integrity and honesty at all timesGreat communication skills, both written and oralIntermediate to advanced computer literacy skillsPrevious experience in a loss prevention/security role, preferably within a busy retail environment would be an advantage, but not essential.
