In this fast-paced job, you will:

  • Sort our customer’s parcels and freight to meet our service level agreements
  • Dispatch correctly to our couriers to ensure they can deliver on time
  • Handle freight in a careful and professional manner
  • Liaise with various internal contacts to solve problems and escalate where required 
  • Interact with customers whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

    We are looking for great people who are

  • Available to work Monday, Thursday and Friday 3am – 8am and Saturdays 3am – 12pm
  • Natural team players that will put our customers first
  • Enjoy a physically demanding role – heavy lifting is required
  • Accurate and have an eye for detail
  • Geographical experts in their local area
