What would you be doing?
With continuing demand for our Management Consulting services and further opportunities for growth in the market, we are looking for high calibre Associate Directors and Directors to join the PwC team. You will have a meaningful impact on our Auckland practice through leading our major engagements, developing new business opportunities and leading and coaching our talented people.

What you’ll need to bring to the role
Over 8 years’ experience working at senior levels in a professional services or consulting environment
A track record of delivering engagements and growing and converting new business opportunities through both relationship development and competitive tender situations
Evidence of excellent leadership skills demonstrated by feedback from both clients and colleagues, including the ability to bring diversity of thought and experience to the team
Well-developed business network, commercial acumen and strategic insight including a comprehensive knowledge of the New Zealand market;
We are looking for individuals with strong technical competencies in the following areas:
Finance function transformation
Enterprise wide cost out
Operations and supply chain transformation
Operating Model and Strategy
Having strong client relationship management skills with the confidence to engage with staff at all levels including the ability to influence Executive teams and Boards is critical for success
Strong written and oral communication skills including well developed facilitation skills.
