What would you be doing?

People are what make us the leading professional services firm in New Zealand. At the heart of it, is our Entry Level sourcing team strategically planning and overseeing the Scholarship, Summer Internship and Graduate Programmes.
 

As a Manager within the team, you will be involved in:

  • Establishing and managing trust based solid relationships with schools and universities and/or relevant third party providers.

  • Devising innovative sourcing strategies to attract a more diverse candidate pool across all programmes.

  • Designing and developing an assessment based approach to campus activity

  • Anchoring on best candidate experience and practices to ensure we acquire the best talent in the market through to overseeing the onboarding experience

  • Ensuring PwC Scholarship, Internship and Graduate programmes remain relevant and attractive.

  • Developing key reporting and analytics across all programmes to provide meaningful insights

  • What do you need to bring to the role?

  • Technically you will be someone with at least 3-5 years of experience in Campus or similar recruitment. With your strong knowledge in recruitment best practice, methodologies, processes and outcomes you would have met the challenge of designing and planning a robust campus recruitment strategy for a large fast-paced and highly competitive environment

  • Ultimately you will be someone with great relationship building and management skills, as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills. A well networked person set to be the face of and the ambassador of PwC to schools, universities and wider.
