looking for a Cyber Manager within the Advisory team for our Auckland and
Wellington offices. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Serve as an engagement team leader bydirecting the daily progress of fieldwork, informing supervisors ofengagement status, and managing and mentoring staff
+ Apply knowledge of the current cyber threatsand industry trends to provide insight to the engagement team and clientthrough written correspondence and verbal presentations.
+ Design and implement security solutions forlarge New Zealand clients.
+ Design and review existing security strategiesand identification of issues and improvement areas for our clients.
+ Demonstrate and apply strong projectmanagement skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagementteam members, and use current technology and tools to enhance theeffectiveness of deliverables and services.
**Skills and attributes for success**
+ Atleast 6 years of experience in cyber security related roles – a Big 4background or comparable consulting experience is highly advantageous, althoughwe will consider candidates working in cyber security roles who have priorconsulting experience.
+ Specific assessment, design and implementationexperience inone or more of the following areas:
+ Security policies, procedures, standards and controls in line withregulation and/or standards, such as NZISM, NCSC, ISO27001, NIST, SANS etc.
+ Security transformation programmes to address cyber risks
+ Security operations including anti-virus, patching, secure build,vulnerability scanning and remediation, logging and monitoring, segregation,threat management, user behaviour,
+ Breach and incident response practices
+ Data protection solutions including data loss prevention, informationclassification and handling
+ Identity and access management programmes, including privileged accessmanagement
+ Privacy programmes (including assessing and implementing policies,procedures and controls to comply with the NZ Privacy Act and the EU GeneralData Protection Regulation)
+ Programmes to improve IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
**Ideally, you’ll also have**
+ Relevant security certifications such asCISSP, CISM and/or CISA will be highly regarded
