Manager Digital Communications (Permanent)

This role is for an experienced leader to coach and manage a team of 10 people who plan, create and publish internal and external online content. This team supports critical projects and MSD’s strategic goals.

Lead Advisor, Design & Production (Permanent)

This role provides strategic advice on branding and documentation including data visualisation, annual reports, and templates.   Ideally, you will have public sector communications experience as you will be advising on key projects and initiatives to a range of audiences, including Ministers.

Lead Content Advisor, Senior Online Content Advisors x 2, and Online Content Advisors x 3 (One-year fixed term)

The Lead Content Advisors will be experienced in developing material for large transformational projects. You will also mentor the Online Content Advisors and undertake operational work.  Online Content Advisors will need demonstrable experience writing for the web.

Lead Digital Advisor (One-year fixed term)

MSD is renewing its knowledge management systems.  In this role you will be the communications conduit between technology providers and end users as they transition and change their way of operating. You will need to have had experience in a similar role.

Lead Internal Communications Advisor (Nine months Fixed term until September 2021)

This is a parental leave cover role.
You’ll be overseeing the communications to MSD’s 9,500 employees throughout New Zealand. Based in Service Delivery, the operational side of MSD, you’ll work closely with Service Delivery’s senior leaders and support major initiatives that make a real difference to our people. You’ll need experience working at a principal or lead advisor level for this role.

Senior Communications Advisor (Fixed term until 30 June 2021)

This role covers a secondment. You will be based in Service Delivery, the operational side of MSD, and work very closely with the business developing strategic and operational communications for clients, staff and stakeholders. Public Sector Communications experience is required.

Senior Advisor, Digital Channels (Fixed term until 30 June 2021)  

This is a multi-disciplined role working with service portfolios to assist with developing and communicating product and channel roadmaps, contributing to the development of MSD’s Digital Channel Strategy and advising senior managers in all things digital.

Product Owner (Fixed term until July 2021).  

This role requires a strong understanding of digital technology enablers and an ability to gain the confidence of technical experts and service portfolios.  You will be translating technical information to the business and advising them on the best way to meet their goals, setting up measures of success and using the data and insights gained to inform the direction of our digital channels.
