The Public Service Fale (The Pacific Public Service Leaders Governance Hub) team is being established to support and enable the work of Pacific Public Service Commissioners. Specifically, the team will work to support the Governing Board, and the team’s work programme will be directed by this board.
The Public Service Fale will work respectfully with the Governing Board and Pacific Public Service Commissioners to understand their needs, to facilitate access to knowledge and resources, to support mutual learning, and to provide other assistance as requested. To do this we build deep relationships with Pacific Public Service Commissioners and their teams. The Public Service Fale will work efficiently and responsively to deliver results under the direction of the Governing Board.
As The Manager of the Pacific Programmes team you will support the Deputy Commissioner and lead the Fale programmes team to connect, engage and influence the pacific public service commissions and hold an understanding of pacific needs and priorities, facilitates strategic thinking with regard to solutions, while managing the delivery of support services.

This position usually pays between $154,960 to $203,385 depending on skills and experience.
