What you will do
 
The Manager, Performance and Evaluation is the principal NZ Defence College’s learning evaluation subject matter expert, responsible for coordinating and communicating all NZDF individual learning related evaluation and measurement activities.

We are seeking an experienced learning/training evaluation professional:

Successful application will need to have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Evaluation, Leadership or Tertiary Teaching Assessment (or very similar) AND 5+ years experiences leading training/education evaluation in a large and complex environment.
