Reporting to the General Manager of Strategy & Portfolio, the primary function of this role is to support the measurement & reporting of meaningful customer & market insights. The focus is on facilitation of the Group-wide Net Promoter Score (“NPS”) programme and providing robust analyses (both quantitative & qualitative) to support the generation of deep insights into key trends impacting the business.Key highlights of the role include the opportunity to:
• Support in the day-to-day administration, analysis & reporting of Group-wide NPS programme – playing a pivotal role to ensure our businesses can continue to be customer-centric and continuously improve the experience of our customers
• Generate, interpret & analyse critical market and economic insights (including key macroeconomic indicators, and global & local market trends)
• Provide ad-hoc support on other Strategy & Portfolio initiatives (including M&A, portfolio strategy, capital investment proposals, and business-specific projects) About you:
To succeed in this role, you must have strong core skills in research & analysis, numerical reasoning, and problem solving – with ideally some background and certainly genuine interest in customer & market insights. You’ll possess strong Excel & PowerPoint skills, as well as the intellectual curiosity & motivation to support further growth in the role.
It is preferred that you have a Bachelor of Commerce / Business degree and some relevant work experience; it will be advantageous if you have two years of work experience within business / market / customer insights. You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach – this role will allow you to build meaningful relationships across our businesses. Strong verbal & written communication skills are a must. The ability to prioritise tasks and effectively manage your own time will serve you well in this role.
