Reporting to the Marketing & Membership Manager, the Membership & Ticketing Executive is responsible for managing, servicing and retaining the existing membership base and acquiring new members. This will include, but not be limited to, owning all administrative and operational tasks associated with the effective delivery of the membership programme, assisting with the marketing and execution of key member events and managing communications with new and prospective members across phone, email and website. In addition, you will be responsible for the delivery of all Hurricanes ticketing requirements, including managing the operations for membership and individual match ticketing and working as the first point of contact with the Hurricanes? ticketing supplier.
