We currently have a fantastic opportunity in our Winton Mill for an experienced Mill Administrator to join our friendly team.

About the role

In this varied and fast paced role you will be responsible for providing a high standard of operational support to the Milling Operations team. You will provide administrative support through:

  • Reception duties, greeting visitors, sorting mail, answering phones and ordering supplies
  • Typing meeting minutes and correspondence
  • Providing secretarial support at health and safety site meetings
  • Assisting with inventory control including reporting on regular stocktakes and investigating discrepancies
  • Accurate and timely record keeping, documentation and filing
  • Assist in production record keeping and updating the BOM for recipe changes
  • About You

    We’re looking for someone with top-notch administration skills and a track record of providing top quality customer service. In addition to excellent organisational and communication skills you will also have:

  • A high level of knowledge in MS Office and the Windows environment
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven experience in a similar administration role ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • A current, full driver’s licence
  • A talent for problem solving and the ability to multi-task under pressure.
