They look after the checkout neighbouring departments with dedication and pride.They need an all rounder superstar who is exceptional with numbers, is able to navigate our multiple systems with ease and has a sales focused and solution oriented mindset.You will see yourself deal with customers’ queries in a professional and solution focused manner, work on the point of sale checkouts, as well as assist in customers’ orders and returns, going up and down ladders to stock shelves, assemble furniture and do all that is required for the department to run smoothly and deliver a pleasant experience for our valued customers. You will be the first as well as the last point of contact for the majority of our retail customers, hence highly contributing to making their overall experience in store an excellent one.We are looking for someone who is curious enough to find their own solutions but also able and willing to learn from others; someone who can handle high pace, potentially stressful situations as well as very quiet times comfortably.This is a full time role which runs from Sunday to Thursday and requires an intermediate level of computer literacy.
