About The Role In this role, you would have the opportunity to:
Guide and assist customers through each step of the Home Buyers journey, delivering exceptional customer service resulting in customer advocacy.
Foster collaborative internal relationships across Personal, Business and Private Banking to ensure delivery of a seamless customer experience. Participate in a speak up culture and role model ANZ Values. Be a brand ambassador for ANZ by presenting at seminars and workshops. Be seen as the local expert in retail Home lending.
Undertake proactive business development activity to build relationships with influencers e.g. accountants, lawyers, real estate agents and building companies to grow the volume and proportion of home loans sourced externally.
Adhere to ANZ policies and processes, risk framework and external regulatory and legislative requirements, including QA standards. Follow customer interaction process that identifies needs and recommends solutions within established advice model and disclosure requirements;
Ensure high standards of credit knowledge are maintained to ensure submission or approval of quality loan applications are in line with CAD and regulatory, legislative, credit policy requirements.
Role Location: Auckland North Shore/Rodney Role Type: Permanent, Full-time Shift: Monday to Sunday – flexibility required with days/hours to meet customer needs About You To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Prior experience in developing strong relationships (both internally and externally) in a customer focused role
Superior home lending and risk management skills
High level of knowledge on home buying process and industry
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
A positive, can-do attitude with a growth mind-set
A willingness to work outside of ‘standard’ hours (at a time and place of the customer’s convenience)
