Role overview

This role supports the National Key Accounts & New Business Development Manager. You will be instrumental in delivering the highest level of customer service to our clients by providing administrative, scheduling, invoicing and other clerical support as required.

Main responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming client requests via multiple means and process
  • Perform data entry duties into our ERP (Pronto Xi)
  • Collate, manage, prepare and vet jobs for invoicing
  • Maintain customer portals with up to date status reports
  • Update relevant parties of any issues affecting completion of work orders
  • Assist with the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, reports, presentations and/or publications
  • Qualifications

    The role requirements include:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same or similar role ideally within the building services industry
  • Previous Pronto experience would be an advantage
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously but also as part of a team
  • Advanced to intermediate MS Office skills particularly Excel
