About the role
The National Property Manager leads a small team of dedicated professionals who each manage a portfolio of mainly leased properties within our operational property portfolio, with the end goal of providing appropriate accommodation for our fantastic people. A key part of your role will be to create an environment that ensures the team are customer focused, motivated and performing at their best. The team provides input into property-related strategic business projects, as we respond to the changing needs of our business and you’ll will play a key leadership role in this. They also provide client-side project management and tenant liaison for leased new-build sites and fitout projects in new and existing premises.
You will have significant experience in property management, both as a practitioner and a leader, together with a formal qualification in property, law or business and will have knowledge of the relevant legislative and regulatory requirements applicable to managing a large commercial portfolio. As a leader, you will have experience creating a team environment that fosters pride, purpose and productivity. This role works alongside our busy regional and local operational leaders, so having the ability to build sustainable relationships and partner with the business is a must.
