We are a down to earth, fun loving contact centre with a diverse and multicultural feel that delivers exceptional service while having a laugh along the way! We are the first point of call for newspaper subscribers, retailers and our distribution teams and we need someone to bring their effervescent personality into our already awesome team – is that you?!

We’re currently on the hunt for a part-time Newspaper Sales Consultant working 20 hours per week. 

 The Role

Variety is key to this role; during your day you could be handling customer complaints, problem solving these with in-house processes, promoting and up-selling NZME products and communicating and educating our customers about our services.

Skills/ Experience Required

  • Clear concise and effective communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and an ability to multitask
  • Passion for learning through personal development
  • A strong attention to detail
  • A desire to be part of a driven and successful team
  • Proven Success

  • Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, supermarket, call centre, telesales experience all considered)
