About the team

Our Medical Ward at Dunedin Hospital is looking for a Nurse Educator to join their team.

This is a diverse role, within a busy Medical ward which has Gastroenterology patients and also encompasses the Stroke unit. A multi-faceted position where no two days are ever the same, you’ll be working through a strategic plan to deliver education to upwards of 70 staff members.

About you

The successful candidate will be a Senior RN with advanced assessment and resuscitation skills.You will have exceptional communication skills, and the ability to present and teach to a range of different learning styles.As a skilled practitioner, you will keep abreast of developments in the relevant areas of nursing with the ability to change and adapt your teaching / polices / practice dependent on evidence based practice.
