The role of Office Administrator works closely with the Executive Assistant to provide high level administration support to the Leadership Team and Support Office Managers. Key areas of responsibility include:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Proven experience in administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate level MS Excel and accurate data entry skills
• Experience in database and document management
• The ability to use a variety of software tools and learn new systems
