Your new companyThis family owned business is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their business. This business has two parts, one being HVAC and the other being commercial services. This role will be reporting to one of the directors. Your new role General admin, ordering stationary, answering phones, clearing email boxes H&S admin Accounts- invoicing, reconciling, AP/AR, payroll Scheduling and booking all jobs in for the technicians Dealing with suppliers and WOF for all vehicles Formatting and procession all quotes Marketing- social media/website What you’ll need to succeed A background in HVAC, electrical, construction, engineering or something similar Strong written and verbal communication Ideally someone with experience in Simpro or a large ERP or PM software What you’ll get in return Friendly social culture Competitive salary Flexible on hours Progression available
