About the role
The MBIE ICT Service Design & Readiness team requires an enthusiastic and committed Operational Readiness Analyst to provide excellent analytical skills as an integral part of the team. We are a small high performing team within – ICT Services, Platforms and Operations – and we deliver the following key functions, ICT service design assistance (service support), transition facilitation and operational readiness reviews for new or modified services.
This is a role for an experienced Analyst, who has the ability to forge key relationships with a diversity of stakeholders. Reporting to the Manager Service Design & Readiness this position is accountable for the maintenance of an overall MBIE release plan and works with colleagues to identify and report on system changes across the MBIE ICT environments, takes ownership of our processes and seeks to continuously develop them with a focus on enterprise considerations. The role has an overview of all ICT transition activities and will develop and maintain appropriate status reporting, including (but not limited to) risk and issues registers.
