We are looking for an Operational Support Officer to join our friendly and supportive Client Services team.
The Operational Support Officer works with teams across the Quality Assurance Division to undertake integrated operational activities as part of normal business workflows and provide a link to the division’s client base. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining effective operations, delivery of outcomes and a high standard of customer service.
You will need to be able to demonstrate experience and success in a customer facing role providing operational support and/or business administration. You will have a high level of expertise in the use of databases, spreadsheets and word processing software and can demonstrate the ability to operate in a high transactional and fast-paced environment.
