Working closely with the Area Service Delivery Manager, you will be focused on ensuring the delivery of all products and services offered by New Zealand Post meet our service standards and customers’ expectations. This is a fast paced and challenging role with oversight of a mix of contractors and employees including: Delivery Agents, Couriers, Rural Delivery Contractors, Contract Posties, Customer Service and Processing teams and a Box Lobby.
You will be a key point of contact for customers, including dealing with escalations and proactively seeking out opportunities for growth and customer service enhancement. Basically, you’ll be responsible for all operations and delivery within your geographical area.
Our core business hours are Monday to Friday, however flexibility is required recognising the 24/7 nature of our organisation. We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager at each of the following sites:
