An exciting new opportunity has come about for a Operations Manager (Central) compliance and investigations to join the Housing and Tenancy branch within the Market Services Group.

This is a pivotal position reporting to the National Manager and responsible for all compliance, investigation and assessment activity relating to residential tenancy.

You will lead your team to support the delivery of the national work programme as well as ensure all compliance activity and investigation work is timely, high quality and aligned to best practice.

You will bring your investigation and compliance experience to work in partnership external and internal stakeholders and the regulatory community to maximise the collective impact of co-produced work.

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant Experience and knowledge of regulatory and compliance environments including leading risk based audit programs
  • Thorough knowledge of, leading investigations and highly skilled in modern investigative techniques
  • Experience in managing operational Health and Safety in the field.
  • A demonstrated ability to coach, lead and quality assure compliance, investigation and audit practices
  • Experience in developing and maintaining key networks with stakeholders both internal and external
  • Experience in leading, coaching and mentoring others to achieve results and personal growth
  • Experience in application of risk management concepts and techniques
  • Applicants must have the right to live and work in New Zealand
