About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator/coordinator to join our Funding and Contract Management team in the role of Operations Officer. This role forms an integral part of the operations team responsible for processing grant applications.
Providing administration support and working collaboratively to ensure grant funding contracts and related transactions are processed in accordance with agreed policies and procedures is critical. As is ensuring payment claims are checked and completed by due dates plus, monitoring contract and reporting obligations.
You’ll have previous experience working in a similar role that required you to apply policy/procedures to task. You’ll have an excellent eye for detail, strong written and verbal communications, a desire to provide superior customer service and a willingness to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
