About the Role:
You’ll be one of a highly collegial six-person team who share the same lens when it comes to L&D and OD.
“Day in the life of” could include reviewing needs, researching solutions, building tools and resources, advising and coaching…
It’s all about great programs to support people. You will work out what and why, design tools to help People Advisors to have strategic conversations, and evaluate the impact of OD resources. Simply – you know what works when it comes to people development!
You might have an HR partnering background, with a chunk of time in the OD space; you might be an Org Development Advisor and want a change of scene, but what you will have is:
