In this role you will provide PA support to senior members of the Legal Ethics and Privacy branch and general administrative services to their teams.
You will also work collaboratively as an active member of the Business Management team that has responsibility for providing support, systems and processes to enable members of our Branch to work with other groups across MBIE in the most effective and efficient way.
You will be responsible for diary management, collation of daily manager packs and legal bundles, processing of invoices, meeting and event co-ordination, travel and automated data extraction and report generation. You will often have specific projects on the go and will also share responsibility for the many other tasks required to ensure the overall smooth running of our branch.
You may have experience in a similar role, be a recent graduate or an extremely capable individual keen to make your mark within an organisation. You will have an eye for detail and in addition you will be:
