About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant/Team Administrator to provide high calibre, confidential support across the wider LSE Group.  This is a floating role to provide support during high activity peaks, to backfill, or to assist a project team.

You will:

  • Provide administration support
  • Support teams and projects as the need arises
  • Be a subject matter expert for all things administration


A strong client focus and great relationship management is important, as you take your excellent administration skills and apply them in a range of situations.  You will need to adapt quickly, moving from team to team, assisting them to be as efficient as possible to achieve their goals.

You will be part of the LSE PA/Admin network, but will be a member of the Business Management Team, reporting to the Business manager.  

Skills and Experience:

We are keen to hear from you if you have:

  • Demonstrated experience within administration
  • Wide ranging knowledge of administration systems and processes
  • Significant experience and proficiency covering the Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Able to organise and prioritise workloads effectively, to ensure high quality results within deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • A strong customer focus and ability to quickly establish and build strong working relationships and to develop trust and credibility with your peers and customers
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a high level of initiative, sound judgement and discretion
  • Exceptional teamwork and collaborative abilities and a willingness to share knowledge and expertise with others
  • Highly developed communication and writing skills
