We have an opportunity for an exceptional Branch Manager on a full-time basis. This is a permanent position located in Palmerston North.

About the role
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will have direct management of operation supervisor’s, administration plus general management of all branch staff.

The successful candidate will be required to train and manage staff, carry out management responsibilities in accordance with our policies, and provide strong leadership across operations. The successful candidate will lead by example; thrive on refining operational strategies to maximize business growth and margin improvements.

Responsibilities include

  • Strong operational support 
  • A strong focus on safety in modelling the best safety practices 
  • Key KPI accountabilities that reflect business targets 
  • Financial budget management
  • Developing key customer relationships
  • Service delivery
  • Operational compliance
  • HR – ongoing development of staff
  • You will ideally have

  • Experience in the Service Industry desirable but not imperative however you are wanting to grow your career further; or you have Operations Management experience and want to take your career to the next level.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • The ability to lead, motivate and develop your new team.
  • The focus on providing outstanding levels of customer service and sales growth.
  • You will have outstanding time management and organisational skills, coupled with a genuine willingness to include others as you work towards a common goal. 
  • A can-do attitude.
  • Successful candidates will demonstrate full working rights in New Zealand and a valid Police Clearance. Including a full clean driver’s license.
