Reporting to the Senior Manager Financial Partners and Commercial, this role supports our mission to build a world class loyalty and data driven business through managing and enhancing our Airpoints Financial Services partner relationships.
You will be responsible for driving the daily execution of the business strategy with two of our financial partners and identifying opportunities to enhance these partnerships. This key role ensures high engagement in our Airpoints product, further cementing Airpoints position as New Zealand’s leading loyalty programme. As a strategic thinker with the ability to bring creative and innovative concepts to realize partner strategic objectives, you’ll deliver growth in commercial returns and high levels of Airpoints Customer satisfaction. You will achieve this through understanding the partner’s brand, customer base and strategic objectives to develop commercially sound customer campaigns and support proposition development by working closely with the partner and key Air New Zealand teams. Each day will be varied from developing new product propositions, modelling the impact of industry changes, developing customer research and insights through to managing key product performance metrics.
Who you are:
You will be tertiary qualified and ideally possess 5+ years’ Product Management experience with proven stakeholder management and commercial modelling skills. With your strong track record in influencing, planning and delivering commercial or marketing initiatives, you’ll excel in demonstrating our point of difference in the market. Exposure to the financial services industry and/or loyalty programmes, as well as a solid awareness of product management principles will be advantageous. These aspects, coupled with being able to work autonomously to drive results in addition to proven communication skills will set you apart from the rest.
