Your new companyA construction company is looking for an Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis and will be based within their home office. Your new role This role will help you gain experience in an administrative environment and is ideal for those looking to gain experience or are looking to take a step back from a full on, full time role. Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Archiving files .Helping with processing invoices General office support, filing scanning, phone answering, PO requests, local payments and support the Manager Assist with answering and distributing phone calls What you’ll need to succeed We are looking for people that can demonstrate the following: Positive attitude and willingness to learn Working within a team Experience within an office environment.
