What you will do

The Payroll Solutions and Compliance Advisor’s role is to investigate and resolve issues with our Payroll processes and operations. You will responsible for conducting assessments and audits on payroll, procedures, system designs and operations against internal and external requirements.  This is a busy and varied hands-on role where you’ll be supporting and educating the wider payroll team.

What we need

You will have sound experience in Payroll Operations and SAP HCM, as well as having good working knowledge in regards to legislation and regulations guiding the payroll processes. You will have an eye for continuous improvement, strong analytical and investigative skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.

The salary band for this role is $67,647 – $83,564, dependent on experience. This is inclusive of a 4% employer superannuation contribution.

  • is a citizen of, and/or has resided continuously in one or more of the following countries for the last five years: either Australia, Canada, NZ, the United Kingdom (UK) or the United States of America (USA); and has a background history that is verifiable and can be assessed as appropriate by the NZ Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS) towards a recommendation of suitability for a security clearance at this level.
