ENZ works with government, education providers, peak bodies and New Zealand’s regions to strengthen the industry and its capability to deliver international education.We are looking for a full time, permanent People and Culture Co-ordinator to join our Wellington office.The role of the People and Culture Co-ordinator will draw on your ability to coordinate and deliver activities within our People and Culture team as well as having oversight of all administrative functions within our Wellington office, including building services and office administration.Your responsibilities will include: Providing administrative support to the People and Culture team as well as assisting with HR processes and projects including recruitment and payroll activitiesProviding organisational and administrative support across ENZ Being the first point of contact for ENZ for general and ad-hoc enquiries and reception management To be successful in this role you will have a great eye for detail, a sense of humour, a willingness to go the extra mile and a positive attitude. You’ll be able to communicate appropriately in a wide variety of forums, and to work collegially and nimbly.
