The Performance Monitoring Advisor role sits within the Operations, Performance and Intelligence group. We are responsible for managing provider relationships and performance, we’re critical to delivering the Health Services Strategy
We are looking for a Performance Monitoring Advisor who will be responsible for identifying and resolving provider issues. The Performance Monitoring Advisor prioritises early intervention and education to manage performance and quality issues and applies remedial measures where necessary.
