ACC has been improving the lives of New Zealanders since 1974. As part of the team, you’ll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by minimising the incidence and impact of injury, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen.

ACC has embarked on a major multi-year work programme to transform our organisation into one that is truly centred around the customer. The Performance Monitoring Advisor role sits within the Operations, Performance and Intelligence group. We are responsible for managing provider relationships and performance, we’re critical to delivering the Health Services Strategy

We are looking for a Performance Monitoring Advisor who will be responsible for identifying and resolving provider issues. The Performance Monitoring Advisor prioritises early intervention and education to manage performance and quality issues and applies remedial measures where necessary.

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • We are seeking someone who is both technically proficient as well as being a great communicator
  • You will have a curious mind, naturally strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends from multiple reports and data sources
  • Strong judgement and interpersonal skills to address potentially challenging highly sensitive issues will be paramount to the success of this role
  • Having the ability to influence others and build rapport without any prior existing relationships will also be important
