There really is a place for you here.The OpportunityOn a Full time Fixed Term basis til Feb’22, We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to support assigned Partners and Directors in our Tax division in the Tauranga office, plus provide support to the wider team on a permanent basisYou’ll work with other PA’s across the national Tax division as well as other local administrative staff and in turn receive their support to make sure everything is running smoothlyDay to day you will:Provide extensive diary and email managementCoordinate meetings, conferences and team functions as requiredAdminister office systems and processes, including assisting with PC systems/technologyBook travel arrangementsManage correspondence and office documentsCollate information for reports as requiredElectronic file managementPerform risk management and billing processesRun special projects as required (including any duties relating to specific positions the Partner may hold at any time)Be able to work autonomously, however at the same time collaborating with the PA group and managing highly confidential informationWhat you will bring to the team:PA/administrative experience at an executive level, 4+ yearsExceptional planning, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise and multi-taskAbility to be flexible with hours due to the nature of eventsAble to quickly learn new skills and adapt in changing environmentsStrong problem solving skillsExperienced and confident in working with senior management A willing and eager team player Absolute client service focus (internal and external)We offer rewarding careers for outstanding professionals, ongoing learning and development opportunities, a collaborative and inclusive culture, and flexible and agile work practices that focus on our people’s wellbeing to drive innovation and entrepreneurship.
