Nelson Airport are looking for a proactive and motivated Personal Assistant to support the CEO and Commercial Manager with administrative and executive assistance as well as specific project support. A pivotal role, you will create a well organised and efficient environment through coordinating and organising meetings, Board Papers, diary management and ensuring a premium level of service to internal and external stakeholders. In addition to the usual range of EA tasks, you will be the health and wellbeing ‘ambassador’ and assist with a range of human resources related administration as well as the day to day running of the office.

A proven background in supporting senior management and the ability to operate autonomously, with a high level of integrity and discretion is essential. You will need a strong sense of ownership and accountability, as well as a positive outlook and a flexible ‘can do’ approach. A diverse and busy role, we are looking for an PA who offers something a little extra. Ideally you may have additional skills and experience in HR, managing projects or with process improvement that you can bring to the role.
