The role

This busy role will see you exposed to a range of tasks with overall responsibility for the smooth running of the IST office. If you have an interest in technology, enjoy ownership in your role and would like to take on ad-hoc projects then this could be your next move.

In addition to offering executive support services such as diary and email management, you will be trusted to review correspondence for the CIO and exercise your judgement as to key priorities. Your coordination skills will see you in good stead with responsibility for overseeing activities for the office, including organising functions, conferences and workshops. Financial understanding will be key to this role as you will maintain the accruals register and work with budget holders to manage forecasting and procurement needs.

What you will bring to the role:

  • A great attitude and the ability to work with flexibility
  • Experience working as a PA or in a similar role
  • Previous experience with invoice and accruals management
  • The ability to see opportunities and be pro-active in your work style
  • An understanding or interest in technology would be advantageous
